'I wanted to express my thanks for the excellent service I receive when I use your centres, specifically portway. I find all the reception staff really helpful. In particular, the gentleman who always seem ps to be on reception! I'm it sure of his name, but I think he is the duty manager. He is excellent at building rapour with customers, and always friendly and helpful whenever I use the centre, which is usually about 3 times a week. I have also found the instructors to be of a high calibre, especially Emma who really stands out. Please keep up the good work! The centres have a much nicer feel than large corporate gyms I have been a member of in the past' and make every member feel individual. Many thanks'

Due to Covid-19 our normal working patterns have been disrupted, and we are receiving a higher than normal volume of enquiries. All centres are currently closed, and direct debit payments for swim school and memberships have been frozen until further notice. This will not affect your membership or your place on swim school unless you cancel. We will respond to enquiries as quickly as we can.
Any requests regarding fees already paid this month will be looked into by the senior management team over the coming weeks/months but you may not receive an immediate response regarding this as this will need to be reviewed at a later date.
