Ladies that Lift - BEGINNER (COURSE FINISHED)

Are you looking for a new challenge Why not join us at
Portway Lifestyle Centre for our six-week programme for women that want
to learn all they need to know about lifting safely.
Participants must be over 14.
During these sessions you will learn:
- How to lift safely & effectively with our experienced
instructors
- Master the exercises and techniques you need to reach your
goals
- Build your confidence with a small group of like-minded
people

Sessions will run every WEDNESDAY for 6 weeks:
Week 1 (26th March) 19.15-20.30
Week 2 (2nd April) 19.30-20.30
Week 3 (9th April) 19.30-20.30
Week 4 (16th April) 19.30-20.30
Week 5 (23rd April) 19.30-20.30
Week 6 (30th April) 19.15-20.30
