SLT's Couch to 5k is back at Portway. The 9-week programme is for everyone who wants to take up running & become part of a great community activity.
Whether your goal is to get fitter, feel healthier, or cross the finish line at your first 5K event, this programme will help you achieve it — one step at a time. Limited spaces available. Book now and take your first stride toward 5K success!
