Tipton Sports Academy launches new Group Fitness Classes for 2019
Tipton Sports Academy have kicked off the new year by adding all new classes to their Fitness Timetable. The new line-up includes 12 new classes such as Cardio Fit, Kettlebell 30 and HIIT Circuit.
The timetable offers something for everyone. Thursday’s Boxacise class offers a high energy boxing style workout while Wednesday’s Clubbercise is perfect for dancers at heart. For a gentler option Pilates and Hatha Yoga are a great way to unwind and are low impact.
