We are delighted to once again be supporting National Fitness Day, offering a great range of fitness classes for FREE!
National Fitness Day helps to raise the awareness of the importance of leading healthier lifestyles through being physical active.
Wednesday 21st September, enjoy any one of these classes for FREE:

These classes have been selected because they offer something for everyone, all fitness levels and take place during all times of the day.

Book your place:
Click here to pre-book your place in the class you want. If you haven't used us before you will be asked to set up a pay and play membership, this is free and allows you to pre-book activities.
Need to know:
- Wear comfortable clothing and trainers, or swim wear if doing Aqua Fit.
- Bring a drink to keep hydrated, but we do have snack machines if you would like to purchase one when you arrive.
- Our lockers differ at each centre, some need a non-returnable 20p others a returnable £1 coin.
- Car parking is free at all our centres but can get busy, especially on an evening.
- Be sure to 'check in' to your class when you arrive at the centre either with the reception team or using the Fast Track kiosk.
- If you are worried or if its your first time, please speak to the instructor before the class starts and they can offer support and advice.
