Andrea and Heather are excited to bring a fantastic new programme to Haden Hill Leisure Centre’s Fitness Timetable.

 

If you’re looking for a class to get you results where it counts the most and to complement your current training regime this could be worth a try!

 

LES MILLS CORE is a 30-minute core workout for functional fitness. It's scientifically designed to build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, including the abs, glutes and back.
