Not all Indoor Cycling classes are the same, if you are looking to change your routine or just want to try something new here’s a quick guide to some of our newer indoor cycling classes.

Whether you ride a bike or not, indoor cycling sessions are very addictive and can really benefit your cardio capacity.

As an organistion, SLT has invested heavily in the offer of indoor cycling based on the huge demand from the membership.

The atmosphere of these classes is really uplifting and can really help you push you to levels you have not reached before.

We understand everyone's goals are different so we offer four different type of classes.

Les Mills Sprint

A 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, where our Les Mills certified instructors will lead you through a short and intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. A high intensity, low impact workout, scientifically proven to return rapid results.

Coach By Colour

Coach by Colour enhances your indoor cycling experience by using 5 coloured training zones ensuring you’re training at the right intensity for you every workout meaning you’ll achieve results faster.

Coach by Colour is also simple to use meaning you don’t have to worry any longer about if you’re working hard enough or too hard, if to up the resistance, all you now need to do is to try to match the colour on your bike to the colour our instructor tells you, simple but not always easy!

MyRide is a virtual class where you can cycle around the world without leaving the studio, high definition images are supported with great sound track to help motivate you through every MyRide class.

Indoor Cycling

The original indoor cycling experience, join our experienced instructors as they lead you through a full cardio based workout great for fat loss and fitness. Classes range from 30 minutes upwards so you’ll be able to squeeze a class into any busy schedule.

Available at Haden Hill Leisure Centre, Wednesbury Leisure Centre,  Portway Lifestyle Centre & Smethwick Swimming Centre.
