We want to ensure that all our customers experience a safe and enjoyable experience and we aim to provide an opportunity for all members to have access to these services. We will actively monitor free swimming sessions to ensure we can deliver a good customer experience and everyone including our staff are treated with respect. Adult supervision of under 18’s is not required at this time but may be re-introduced where necessary to do so.
