Suspensions
How do I suspend my membership?
Complete this online form and our team will process this for you. Please do not cancel your direct debit linked to your membership, as that will cancel your membership which may incur additional fees. You can suspend your membership for a maximum of 6-months. Your membership will re-start on the date you request.
I have suspended my membership but want to start back sooner?
Not a problem, email the membership team and they can get your membership active: memberships@slt-leisure.co.uk please include your membership number, name and address
Is there a minimum notice period for suspending my membership?
Yes, we require 30 days notice.

Why do you charge admin fees on some memberships?
A fee is applied to most DD memberships incl Swim Lessons to support the ongoing associated costs with managing & processing memberships. This fee is competitive against many other leisure operators, without the need to enforce lengthy contracts. To confirm once joined fitness members will still be able to freeze their membership free of charge for up to 6 months.
I have joined but want to swap my membership to another type?
Please advise reception and they will make the arrangements to change your membership
I am a ONE CARD member, but wish to change to a Joint Membership?
Please complete this form and the team can make the arrangements for you.
I need to change my address.
Please notify reception and they will amend this for you.
Can I transfer my membership to someone else?
All memberships are non-transferrable.
I work for an approved Corporate Company - how do I get my payments reduced?
Please take along evidence which shows you work for one of our approved corporate companies to the reception team at the leisure centre, and they will make the arrangements to have your payments changed.
I need to cancel a booking made on my membership account.
You can cancel your booking online by logging into the members area and selecting ‘cancel’. The option to cancel will not show after the four-hour deadline has passed.
My Direct Debit payment has not been taken this month. What do I need to do?
You can make a manual payment either at the Leisure Centre or on your Leisure Hub account which will be showing in the ‘My debts’ section.
