Membership Suspensions and Cancellations

Need a break? Depending on your chosen membership, many members are now able to self-serve via the customer portal. To confirm please answer the following question:

Is the membership you are looking to amend a Joint Membership, Family Membership or related to Lessons (ie. Swim Lessons, Diving or Tennis)?

   


If you need to suspend or cancel your membership, our self-service portal makes it quick and hassle free. Simply follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account via the portal https://sandwell.perfectgym.com/ClientPortal2
  2. Navigate to the ‘Account’ section, then select ‘Contract Details’
  3. Select your relevant membership – From here you can choose to freeze your membership for a set period or cancel it entirely, depending on your needs.

When cancelling your membership, we require at least 30 days notice from your last Direct Debit payment. Confirmation of this and date of expiry will be detailed upon completion of these steps.
