The Human Resources function is going through an exciting period of transformation and modernisation and requires a HR professional who has previous experience at a HR Advisory/Consultant level supporting multiple sites, but who can also demonstrate commercial acumen and creativity, whilst contributing to the people agenda.
Working as part of the HR team, you will assist the HR Business Partner in supporting the Business and Commercial Manager and senior management with a wide range of HR related matters. As a HR generalist, you will be expected to contribute to all aspects of HR; absence management, disciplinary, grievance, policy development, learning and development, recruitment, data analysis, report writing, HRIS input and management, regular contact with Trade Union officials as well as contributing and supporting the wider organisational and HR agenda.
You will be CIPD qualified, level 5 or above, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a HR Advisory role, excellent knowledge and understanding of employment law, experience of working with trade unions as well as being enthusiastic and innovative in order to drive the HR agenda.
