Average of 24.5 hours per week on a four week rota pattern
Description

INTERNAL VACANCY ONLY


A hard working and dedicated person is required to join the Duty Management Team at Hadley Stadium on a temporary basis for 15 months. You will be expected to demonstrate self-motivation, a commitment to the service and your own personal development. You must have a flexible and organised approach to work, and the ability to work as a team member.

 

Candidates must have a minimum of six months supervisory and facility operation experience in a sport and recreation environment, together with knowledge of NOP’s and EAP’s, QUEST and basic health and safety.

 

Applicants must hold a valid RLSS [UK] National Pool Lifeguard Award or STA NARS Pool Lifeguard award or equivalent and a valid First Aid at Work certificate.

 

You will be required to work on a shift rota basis to include early mornings, evenings and weekends.
