Sandwell Leisure Trust is seeking to recruit 2 x Part Time Receptionists to work as part of Haden Hill Leisure Centre. The candidate will be able to maintain a customer friendly service ensuring that all fees are collected quickly and efficiently, ensure customer bookings are recorded accurately; customer queries are dealt with immediately and undertake other duties to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Leisure Centre.
Candidates are required to have one year’s experience of working in a reception based environment including working with computerised booking systems, dealing effectively with telephone calls and cash handling and reconciliation.

POST 1: 5 hours per week hours per week
POST 2: To be worked on a rota basis
Week 1: 26 hours per week.
Sunday (8.30am-2pm), Wednesday (6.45am-2.15pm) and Thursday and Friday (6.45am-2pm)
Week 2: 14.30 hours per week.
Thursday (2pm-10pm), Friday (12.30pm-8pm)
