Sandwell Leisure Trust is seeking to appoint a reliable, hardworking and dedicated individual to join our existing team of Relief Duty Managers at Haden Hill Leisure Centre. You will be expected to demonstrate self-motivation, a commitment to the service and your own personal development. You must have a flexible and organised approach to work, and the ability to work as a team member.
It is desirable that candidates have six months supervisory and facility operation experience in a sport and recreation environment but this is not essential as full training will be provided for the appointed candidate.
Applicants must hold a valid RLSS [UK] National Pool Lifeguard Award or STA NARS Pool Lifeguard award or equivalent and a valid First Aid at Work certificate.
