Maternity leave cover required as soon as possible to end of November 2018
Sandwell Leisure Trust is seeking to recruit a temporary Receptionist to work as part of the Wednesbury Leisure Centre Team to cover a period of maternity leave. The candidate will be able to maintain a customer friendly service ensuring that all fees are collected quickly and efficiently, ensure customer bookings are recorded accurately; customer queries are dealt with immediately and undertake other duties to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Leisure Centre.
37 Hours average per week
Week 1: Mon & Tue 2:30pm – 10pm, Thurs & Fri 6am - 3pm, Sat 7:30am – 4pm
Week 2: Mon & Tue 6am – 3pm, Wed 2:30pm – 10pm, Thurs 2:30pm – 8:30pm, Fri 2:30pm – 7:30pm
Candidates are required to have one year’s experience of working in a reception based environment including working with computerised booking systems, dealing effectively with telephone calls and cash handling and reconciliation.
