Description

Sandwell Leisure Trust is offering an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources professional wishing to further develop their career in this challenging field.

The Human Resources function is going through an exciting period of transformation and during this period requires a HR professional, with a relevant HR related qualification, who has previously worked at an advisory/consultant level and who is an experienced generalist in dealing with a wide range of day to day employee relations matters. 

Working as part of a small HR team, you will assist Senior Management with a whole range of HR related matters as well as supporting the day to day HR function. 

Experience of working in a Trade Unionised environment is essential.
