A refreshing workout in the pool. Aerobic style routines and movements set to music. As you are only bearing 10% of your body weight in water this class is perfect for people prone to injury. Water also works as a resistance tool making for a more challenging workout.
Non swimmers welcome as the class takes place in shallow water. For more confident swimmers there is a deep water option running at selected centres which lasts for 45 minutes. Aqua Fit is a low to medium intensity workout.
Aqua Fit is also available for senior exercisers, ante and post natal customers. There are ladies only sessions available, please take a look at the timetable.
