Cardio
A 30 minute high intensity workout using just body weight. Minimal rest, maximum results, no equipment needed!

Power
30mins of body weight power with one box. Think box jumps, high knees, push ups, bunny hops, jumps over. Any exercise they can incorporate a box step with.

Strength
Using weights. One bar or plate or dumbbells. Quick heart raiser moves. Clean & press, plank rows, jumping jacks, bent over rows, shoulder press etc. Little rest.
