Aerobic exercise uses a combination of high and low impact dance style moves and stretches to improve cardiovascular health and overall fitness levels. 

There are many benefits to taking an Aerobics class; it’s great for fat burning, heart health, lowers your resting heart rate and works out your lungs too. A good choice if you are looking for a medium intensity class and aim to improve co-ordination, endurance and agility.
