Yin Yoga

Yin comes from ancient Chinese philosophy. It is focused on stillness
with an emphasis on longer and deeper stretches.
Yin centres on stretching deeper connective tissues, such as ligaments,
tendons and deep fascia (the tissue that surrounds muscle). Yin is often called
the’ yoga of joints’.
Most postures are performed in sitting or lying down. It is suitable for
all levels and it is recommended that you bring a strap or towel to use to
enhance the stretches and to ensure good posture and joint alignment.
