• Sandwell Leisure Centres offer a range of ‘women only’ activities – for women who would rather exercise without men at selected centres.

• Sandwell Aquatics Centre host Female Activity Sessions also which includes Sauna/Steam.

• There are women only swimming sessions at most centres – check the pool timetable for further details.
