This class is located in the Gym at Portway Lifestyle Centre. 

15 minutes interval training on the treadmill combined with 15 minutes of conditioning work using free weights, resistance machines and our synergy to give the maximum fat burn.

Beginner, intermediate and advanced are all welcome here. Set your treadmill and weights to the right level with the help of your trainer and dig deep to reach your new personal best.

Build strength and fitness by combining intervals of low and high intensity work on the treadmill with weight training.

High intensity means torching calories, and improving muscle to fat ratio. This class will motivate and encourage you to achieve beyond what you would expect of yourself.
