Chair Yoga

The chair yoga sessions consist of a gentle approach to yoga, using a chair to safely modify traditional yoga postures. These sessions are suitable for less mobile people that have maybe had hip or knee replacements or suffer from arthritis or similar problems and find it difficult to get up and down from the floor. It is also a good starting point for people that have never practised yoga before as it helps to strengthen and prepare muscles enabling people to naturally progress into a regular yoga class.
