Bums Legs and Tums
Low impact class that focuses on bums, legs and tums. Helps to tone these major muscle groups and streamline problem areas. A great class if you are aiming for leaner looking legs, a firmer bum and a flatter stomach.
 
The class works its way up to an aerobic workout through a series of warm up exercises and stretches all designed to improve your body shape and overall fitness. Expect squats, crunches and simple to learn moves.
