This 1 hour circuit session incorporates boxing exercises and techniques to produce the ultimate fitness and toning workout. Upper cut and jab your way to a leaner physique with an added aerobic element working out your heart and lungs. Boxacise is a non-contact version of boxing style classes, so it is suitable for all.
