A military style fitness training session using a mixture of body weight and gym equipment. This is a season and centre dependent session to make the most of the outdoors during better weather but can also be taken indoors during colder months. See timetable for more information on which centres offer outdoor Bootcamp or an indoor Bootcamp alternative. Bootcamp is suitable for all fitness levels as our instructors will motivate and push your individual workout to your personal limit.
