A whole-body fitness and strength workout using a mixture of exercises. Focusing on strength, muscular endurance and purposeful fitness conditioning, these classes will help to develop a strong and toned physique. An all-round total body conditioning workout at a medium to high intensity. Ideal if you want to further improve on your current level of fitness.
