Improve your strength, balance, flexibility, mobility and circulation in this chair based class.


These sessions are suitable for less mobile people that have maybe had hip or knee replacements or suffer from arthritis or similar problems and find it difficult to get up and down from the floor. The exercises will improve strength and balance in an accessible way for over 60's.
