The staff are great, the classes are really high level. The instructors are the best I've met and I've been going to gyms for about 10 years. The instructors obviously love what they do because they are really enthusiastic. The personally training sessions have got me to where I want to be with lots of new ideas of fitness to try. I think the staff have made this a really friendly unpretentious enjoyable gym, I love going. Keep up the good work all.
