Love all the different classes on offer my favourites here are BodyPump, Boxercise, fitness yoga and BodyCombat if you are up for a total cardio workout! Love the instructors very encouraging and approachable. Happy and friendly staff, proud member of SLT worth the £28.50 monthly membership without a shadow of a doubt.
