Firstly thank you to you and your team for attending our event yesterday for all staff at Sandwell and West Birmingham CCG.  You were all extremely professional and managed the shock and laughter from our staff very well.

 

Your presentation was excellent, you gave enough information to allow our staff to safely use the new office treadmill and you clearly understood the culture of our organisation but making the presentation light hearted whilst recognising the importance.  

 

For the Extend/Stretch session you had the team had clearly understood what I was trying to achieve and had considered some of the restraints we had for our 180 staff (some with back problems, some with physical disabilities).  The PT leading the session was confident and relaxed in front of the large audience and all of her instructions were clear and appropriate.  It was also very useful having the other PT’s in the room making sure everyone could see the exercises being done
