The new Rowley Regis Learning Campus offers a range of facilities for hire including meeting space and sports facilities. It is ideal for use by the community and for events.

Facilities for hire
Sandwell Leisure Trust are looking to work with clubs, organisations and community groups, to enable the local community to access both the sporting and non sporting facilities including hire opportunities from September 2011.

Sports Hall - 594.5m2
Multi sports use including marking area that includes; four badminton courts, basket ball court, volley ball court, netball court, five-a-side football or 3x indoor cricket nets.

Activity Studio - 178m2
Wall mirrors, ballet bar, 1x badminton court markings with timber sprung floor. Room capacity of 44 people.

Theatre - 234.5m2
Tiered and floor seating with sound and lighting system and support control room. Seating capacity dependant on event.
In addition, the theatre adjoins a drama studio with dividing wall. This space can be hired independently or as a whole for performances, with the drama studio having full length screening curtains to provide the performance area, whilst tiered seating in the theatre will seat 140+.

Fitness Studio - 150m2
A full air conditioned fitness studio with wall mirrors and ballet bar.
4x running machines, 4x cross training machines, 2x recumbent bikes, 4x spinning bikes,
4x rowing machines, a weights machine, set of free weights with weights bench and a punch bag.

Activity Hall - 173.5m2
Timber sprung floor, room capacity for physical activity of 43 people. Also suitable for training or lectures.
Other facilities include; indoor community and meeting spaces, outdoor multi-use games areas including netball and tennis markings and a floodlit all weather pitch.
Changing rooms and toilets including facilities for those with disabilities are also available.
