Take your training to the extreme with the return of Outdoor Bootcamp sessions at Haden Hill Park...
Due to popular demand, the Fitness Crew at Haden Hill Leisure Leisure Centre have brought back their Outdoor Bootcamp for Spring and Summer.
The hard-hitting sessions run every Monday and Wednesday from 6.15pm at Haden Hill Park.
Please meet before class in reception at Haden Hill Leisure Centre.
Fitness Co-ordinator, Hayley Birch, said: "Be prepared. This class is hard work - but only hard work will get you results!
"If you really want to make a difference to your fitness, health and bodyshape, you have to try this class."
Leisure Pass discounts and inclusive use with Leisure Pass Gold is also available for members.
